Terms & Conditions
§1. General Provisions
These Terms & Conditions govern the construction services provided by Zaremba Construction, Gostwica 273A, 33-386 Podegrodzie, Poland, VAT: PL7343463298, e-mail: info@zarembacs.pl, tel. +48 696 061 290 (hereinafter „Contractor”).
§2. Scope of Services
The Contractor provides the following construction services:
- General construction (residential houses, industrial and commercial buildings)
- Renovations and modernisations
- Facades and insulation (ETICS systems)
- Interior fit-out
- Fencing and paving
- Construction project management (general contractor)
The Contractor operates in Poland and Germany.
§3. Contract Formation
1. Service contracts are concluded in writing following a free-of-charge site survey and quotation.
2. The quotation is prepared based on a site visit or documentation provided by the Client.
3. The contract is concluded upon the Client’s acceptance of the quotation and signing of the agreement.
§4. Service Delivery
1. The Contractor shall perform the contracted works in accordance with applicable building standards and regulations.
2. The Contractor shall keep the Client informed of progress and any significant schedule changes.
3. Completion timelines are agreed individually and stated in the contract.
§5. Payments
1. Fees are as set out in the contract and bill of quantities.
2. Payments follow the payment schedule in the contract (typically: deposit + final payment or instalments).
3. Invoices carry a 14-day payment term unless otherwise agreed.
§6. Complaints and Warranty
1. The Contractor warrants completed works in accordance with the contract (standard: 36 months).
2. Complaints must be submitted in writing to info@zarembacs.pl or by post to the registered address.
3. Complaints are addressed within 14 business days of receipt.
§7. Liability
The Contractor is liable for damage resulting from improper execution of services, except where caused by the Client’s fault, force majeure, or materials supplied by the Client.
§8. Final Provisions
1. Disputes shall be referred to the court having jurisdiction over the Contractor’s registered address.
2. Polish law applies (Civil Code and Construction Law).
3. These Terms are effective from 01.01.2024.
