Frequently asked questions
What photos should I send?
Ordinary phone photos: the front of the house or plot and 2 sides, taken in daylight without harsh shadows. If you have a design — floor plans and elevations as PDF. Just send them on WhatsApp.
Is this a building design?
No. It is a concept visualisation — it shows how the house will look. The building design is made by an architect; we can build it afterwards.
How long does it take?
START in 48 h, STANDARD and PREMIUM in 72 h from receiving the photos and the deposit. Revisions usually the same day.
Can I change colours and materials?
Yes — in the revision rounds. You tell us the render colour, type of wood, windows and roof, and we prepare variants.
How do I pay?
50% deposit on order, the rest after approval. VAT invoice. If you later build or renovate with us, we deduct the visualisation cost from the contract.
